Streaming FAQ

This frequently asked questions list covers the watching of on-demand or live-stream content from our system.

Where can I find the shows I booked?
If you are looking where to find the shows you have purchased go to the ‘My booked shows’ area in the ‘My C’ menu of our website, www.CtheArts.com. If you are not already logged in, the system will ask you to log in with the email address and password you used when you booked the tickets. If you do not remember your password it can be reset at the log-in page.

How does it work?
On-demand pre-recorded shows and events are like watching a movie on catch-up TV or a TV/film subscription service. You will have a predetermined window to watch the content. This window may vary for certain content.
On-demand interactive shows and events offer user interaction, like some video or computer games, and can be participated in at any time. You will have a predetermined window to participate in the content. This window may vary for certain content.
Scheduled live-streamed and scheduled recorded shows and events must be watched at the time of the broadcast, though many live-streamed events may be available for ‘catch-up’ viewing for a period after transmission, or as standard on-demand content.
Interactive live-streamed shows and events allow you to participate. Many interactive events take place on the Zoom platform, and where this is the case you will be advised via the advance information.
For best results with events on the Zoom platform, we recommend downloading and installing the free Zoom application from www.zoom.us. Where an event takes place on Zoom, you will be transferred to the Zoom website or application when you click the link to watch the event from ‘My booked shows’. Our system takes care of supplying Zoom with access credentials for you to access the event. Please be aware that Zoom events may be recorded and later broadcast. Your participation in any interactive event, (such as but not limited to name, video image, audio content or participation in event chat) may be displayed if you interact with others at the event and this may be included in any recording of the event. If you do not wish to have these details available to others or do not wish to be recorded please use an anonymous screen name and static image, and do not interact with the event.

You can use https://www.speedtest.net/ to assess your internet speed. You should contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance if you continue to have slow internet speeds. Unfortunately we cannot provide technical support on slow internet speeds or computer setups.
